3LED Group

LEDdynamics was acquired by 3LED Inc. (www.3led.com) in April 2025. 3LED was founded in 2003, and is in many ways a similar company to LEDdynamics with a strong innovation driven culture. Its products are based on patented innovations in the fields of advanced optics and LED light engine technology.

In addition to a broad platform of intellectual property; 3LED owns the optics company Fusion Optix, which manufactures all of its optical components and LED light engines in its factory in Woburn MA which houses significant capacity capable of serving the most demanding volume OEM orders. Its focus is supplying “Made in USA” components to the highest quality enabling OEMs and lighting designers to create the perfect light for any space.
